Monotonous 02:14
Trapped in endless loop Anchored to my doom I’ve crawled to the edge of this pit and I’m looking in Just let me jump Been waiting here months for the green light and it still hasn’t come Transitioning into human fossil Petrified in the brain Static Stagnant I don’t understand it Why can’t I just get a break? Brain death, Related lack of desire Primal propulsion Won’t let me retire Everyday Everyday The nights grow shorter, and my sight gets weaker Bloodshot eyes, the mark of the tweaker Still hanging in there. No telling where Ill end up, but it’s better than waiting around here. Than seeing everything in a shade of brown, tired of “living it up”, tired of painting the town. Pull the curtains, Cut to black Baby, I’m not coming back Brain death, related lack of desire. Primal propulsion, Won’t let me retire. From the monotonous drone of living, I’ve given up on waiting. Cogs rusted stuck in the machine, from lack of feeling. Rob myself blind. Body and mind. Trapped in space, no passage forward. Self-destruct to no reward.

Inversion 03:24
As life goes on matters become more convoluted lines blur The black and white filters fuse Into grey No more scan-lines No more right and wrong Too late to turn back now, its already done. Unsettling to think of a bigger picture Aware of the grand scheme put in motion The events in your own life Carefully orchestrated Completely out of your hands. Aware of those who are pulling the strings, though they remain unseen. Untouchable, your peers continue to dream. Oblivious of the consequences, Never digging too deep. I don’t want to think about it I should change the channel or even better, just switch myself off The act so simple on paper To put into practice is another matter To do what’s right that’s how it was, Polarity reverses Fiction crumbles. No way to turn blind eyes to the underside There’s cancer in the meat. I know too much, I don't know enough. Stuck between the myriad of choice and mental inflection Afraid to share the fate of others Jerked awake, only to die. The boot comes down, the veil stays up Afraid to speak out. Afraid to share the fate of others: Jerked awake To Die.

Somethings wrong. The more I have, The more I want. Feeding the void, Feeding depression; Symptoms of a failing system. Existential aneurysm Detained in a currency prison Existential aneurysm Obey and succumb Wealth divided amongst the Slugs, Wasting your prime. Content to feed off the sweat of the hungry, Not worth mine. Existential aneurysm Detained in a currency prison Existential aneurysm All obey All succumb ----------------------------- Slave to the pay Living life their way Extortion: Their Crime Your daily grind ----------------------------- Psychological turmoil Confined within the walls of the mind More connected than I have ever been to everything, but still so alone. Can't move without someone knowing Can't speak without someone selling me Disdain for modern living Social posturing, so sickening Pressure makes the diamond Pressure makes the pulp Keep your head down Stay in your hole Pressure makes the diamond Pressure makes the pulp Waste the best years of your life I see people working themselves to the bone Left with next to no time of their own. Master’s heel, pushing on the backs of the wise Spinal columns set to split open wide Can't move without someone knowing Can't speak without someone selling me Disdain for modern living Social posturing, so sickening Pressure makes the diamond Pressure makes the pulp Keep your head down Stay in your hole Pressure makes the diamond Pressure makes the pulp waste your best years and do as you’re told True ambition left rot True happiness swallowed Safety and comfort shortened the leash

Strive 02:23
Sucked into a mire Its viscous fluid rising higher Treading the silt amongst the scum, Outnumbered ten thousand to one I deny satisfaction I subvert all opposing action Strike the mortar that holds the stone, And watch it all come down. They clipped my wings They snapped my bones They took my song I’ll burn their home Might drawn from the well of self Casting an iron resolve Grip the knife By the blade Push it back Deny death Feel hot adrenaline surging in, and live again Assume control Crush all foes Strive for wisdom Strive for growth Mastery of one’s own. Stand//Conquer Submit//Suffer Lesser lifeforms torn asunder The Draconian way, Forced under the thumb Stand//Conquer Submit//Suffer Though my body may fail, I’ll still keep what’s mine: Never to be taken alive. I reject the treatment I refuse to fold I reject the synthetic I alone, embrace the cold

Greenwashed 07:20
My name is Consumer and I am a cancer I am one of 7 billion people here to answer for, the sucking wound of industry. Over 100 years of progress and pollution passed down to you and me. Green sells. Photo evidence is dressed to cover the tells. Concealed disease and toxicity, Fake digitized scenic pornography. Fetid shit and waste of chemical origin spews from a pipeline into the ocean in plain sight, out in the open yet still out of mind and so easily forgotten. Terminal ignorance and disconnect, breaking this planets neck Mountains of garbage piercing through the smoke of burning bills, Testament to the Gods who kill. Green sells, The supply will not always meet the demand Footprints are never all that’s left behind Economy, ecology Such a volatile dichotomy. Revenue: the priority. End Result: Eco-Sodomy Terminal ignorance and disconnect, breaking this planets neck Mountains of garbage piercing through the smoke of burning bills, Seems that every man has his price... To kill. The sins of the developed world, Like raging flames, licking at the door. Set to devour all, rich and poor. Closer than we think and everyone will suffer for it This is my home But it's not where I grew up. Beauty has faded, The guise corrupt. Oceans boil, our rivers spoil Crops fail in plundered soil Mass extinction events, by our own hand. Rejection of the natural laws of our land Rampant corruption in the hives of man That's where we stand What is to be done? While Earths blood still runs It's not enough To put band-aids on gaping wounds Mother Gaia poisoned, irradiated Mankind’s hunger for profit never satiated Never forget Power is yours But in the end, The House always wins Vengeance is Hers.
